He pioneered in the use of RPA and Chat Bots while at Telefonica O2 & BT, and has helped hundreds of Clients on their own automation journeys since joining ISG Automation

What should your organization consider before automating business cases with undefined inputs? What has worked and what has not for my company (in terms of implementation, delivery methodology, people, technology etc.) What are Do's and Dont's?

Currently my team is automating processes not only using RPA, but also combining such technologies as Computer Vision (Python), ML, VBA, Microsoft Flows, Power Apps and Visual Studio.
