Overview

Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) technology is the Reshaping the future of Business looking to streamline processes, increase productivity and ultimately improve the bottom-line.

IRPA typically uses artificial intelligence to handle repetitive, rules-based, back-office tasks. And the market is about to experience a period of "explosive" growth.

The IRPA/RPA market grew 64 percent to $200 million last year and is expected to grow 70 to 90 percent by 2020 because successful pilot projects are inspiring buyer confidence in the technology, the consulting and research firm reports.

However, there are some barriers to adoption, such as IT departments concerned about data security and loss of control. Plus, replacing staff with robots in some sectors, such as government, could become a political minefield.

Join us at IRPA Summit in November to hear from subject matter experts currently evaluating IRPA for their businesses in areas such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Outsourcing, Automation, etc.

While Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) is often the first tool to garner investment as it leads to quick wins with a lower investment, IRPA is only one tool in the automation toolbox, and this event covers the gamut of intelligent automation technologies including cognitive, machine learning, AI, and more.

One Day Conference

Thursday, 28th November, 2019
Topic Abstract

Key trends, success factors as early adopters move from Pilot to a scaled IA adoption. Based on client experiences we are observing in the ANZ region

Topic Abstract

How easy is it to implement RPA projects one after the other at scale? This is a question that keeps most of the executives awake at night. It is possible provided all the right things are in place for smooth implementation. Due diligence and monotonous application of certain principles and taking the right actions from Discovery and Scoping through to Delivery will facilitate smooth implementation of RPA initiatives.

Topic Abstract

I will talk about a experience with an australian customer where I will walk through the (non technical) cook books of an RPA implementation.

Topic Abstract

Intelligent Robotic Process Automation represents a challenging intersection between People and Technology. From fears of loss of jobs, robots taking over to equally the fear (and evidence) of low and slow returns on the I/RPA investments and mismatched expectations between business and technology.

In this session Mark will draw on his many years of experience in large corporate enterprises, having held roles as Chief Operating Officer, Investment Committee Chair, Program Director, Leader and Executive Sponsor of multiple change and transformation initiatives. Mark has also spent many years working in the areas of Emotional Intelligence and Human Centred Leadership and the underlying factors that drive how people operate, behave and collaborate across organisations. What seems to look and sound great on paper and powerpoint, suddenly gets a lot harder when teams of people actually have to execute on the initiatives and get things successfully delivered.

IRPA initiatives have many interested and impacted stakeholders; business, technology, data, risk, marketing, comms, HR, finance … all who play an important part in IRPA projects. When IRPA benefits realisation also often means role and structural change for people across the organisation, the stakes are even higher.

Mark will offer some practical thoughts, tips and tools in helping in the start-up and scaleup of IRPA initiatives and in managing all the different types of stakeholders across today’s typical corporate organisation.

Topic Abstract

RPA has become a yet another corner stone in improving the business profitability. Here we explore how intelligence and machine learning can be integrated in to RPA. Afterwards we evaluate pros and cons.

Topic Abstract

Business problems are not entirely solved by one stand-alone technology but by a combination of technologies. Integrated Automation is not about RPA or AI or Analytics. It is RPA and AI and Analytics.
