I would give some conceptual and psychological change management perspectives on the above plus my own personal insights and experience from coaching and working with teams in structuring and moving these programs through (particularly larger enterprise) organisations. The approach I would take is to set up an RPA case example and draw on the roles that people will have in your audience to play out in a small but real way how the 6P's and 6C's typically get experienced - with a focus on the opportunities and impacts of RPA change projects for this audience.
This will cover the operation of automation once implemented anchored around the concept of a Command Centre and the various activities it performs and the value it provides to the organisation as the level of automation scales. 1. First step is to document the process in detail to understand it perfectly. Make a bullet point list of the steps and decisions that the SME makes during the process.
2. Second step is to sketch out the automated process. Automation usually involves tweaking the original process to produce the same results with a robot.
3. Third step is to split the process into smaller parts. It is also a good idea to automate just one section of the process and check with the SME if the results are as expected.
4. Fourth step is to identify challenges and find workarounds for them.
5. Final step is to test and compare the results with the work of a SME and improve the process further.
