X Topic Abstract

Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is not for ALL. Period. Every organizations want their teams to build bots for their applications, process and operations. Is it an apt transformation? Is it viable? Is there enough cost-benefit analysis win on longer run? Is there a rule book? You cannot have one answer to decide. The whole aspect must be looked from holistic point of view which should add business value.
The few aspects to focus upon:-
• RPA Development & Maintenance Cost
• ROI
• Business Change Agility

X Topic Abstract

Software quality is the key to any successful delivery irrespective of it being a green-field/brown-field implementation or application management services. Can Cognitive & RPA help enhance and eventually optimize software quality in delivery, the answer is yes and the possibilities are many. In this session, we will have an overview of what are those potential use-cases and how it brings forth the much needed cost savings for our customers, enhanced resource productivity, process efficiency and software quality discipline.

X Topic Abstract

Many businesses and organizations start their robotic process automation (RPA) journeys with the best of intentions. The technology makes sense, and there are processes that they easily target as suitable for automation. However, Implementation partners and the customer lack strategy to consider the key success factors for implementation hamper the outcomes of the organization initiative for RPA adaptation.
like with all new technologies, an implementation partner requires Skilled resources with handful certified professionals, competency experts, Framework, best practices, leadership, Innovations and continues improvement & it all rolls into the strategy for organization RPA adaptation. Considering the below factors of an implementation partner or inhouse team are critical for the success for RPA implementation and adaptation.

✓ RPA Implementation Framework
✓ Skilled & certified professionals
✓ competency experts,
✓ Best practices,
✓ Innovations
✓ Continues improvement
✓ Leadership
Organization from Health Care, BFS, Manufacturing & Logistics are focused sector and there is a high potential for RPA implementation because of the complex and repetitive tasks that can be handled by RPA implementation.

Use Case: 1 – Health Care
Use Case: 2 – BFS
Use Case: 3 – Manufacturing
Use Case: 4 – Logistics

X Topic Abstract

"Automation has always been used as a lever to automate manual steps in a process for reducing manual efforts and therefore the overall cost. Automation has also resulted in fewer errors and therefore better results e.g. an excel macro.
Cognitive automation on other hand is done to imitate how humans work. The cognitive element of the human brain is replicated in such intelligent automations. Cognitive automation learns with experience based on past scenarios (historical data) which is very similar to how a human brain learn.
As per the Lean Principles, a good automation is one which reduces cost and at the same time improve customer satisfaction. Most of the Cognitive Automation are focussed towards improving Customer Satisfaction but at the same time they reduce cost considerably. One of the best example is Conversational Bot like a Chatbot or Voicebot like Alexa. These bots not only improve Customer Satisfaction but reduce cost as you dont need humans to answer simple queries. The focus has now moved from Cost reduction automation like RPA to customer experience automation which are more cognitive in nature. Remember the customer can be both internal or external customer. "
I will discuss similar case studies and examples along with how we should use Lean Principles and Process Engineering along with Design Thinking before finalizing on a cognitive automation solution.

X Topic Abstract

Training AI systems is almost like an art form to get the best out of these systems. . . . There’s only a few hundred people in the world who can do that really well.
The leader of Google’s DeepMind AI team
"Automation golden triangle” of robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and Cognitive Science is important for any enterprise to have a goal of a digital enterprise. The golden triangle helps in aligning and automating the processes for managing the enterprise business. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence has disrupted enterprises across different verticals.
The mix of RPA, Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence is a game changer for enterprises to help them in unstructured data-processing and for gaining real-time insights. These technologies help in getting fast and dramatic returns with minimal up front investments.
What’s Next ? An end-to-end business process automation with RPA and AI-powered decision-making and forecasting abilities.

X Topic Abstract

Organizations have been transforming themselves over the last decade or so at a much faster rate than ever. Their existence, survival, and growth depend on innovation both at strategic and operational level. Leveraging advanced technologies for bringing innovation at the enterprise level is instrumental in digital transformation.

We will discuss some of the core principles and factors that need to be reconfigured at organization level to enable and embrace digital innovation. It will inform the audience on, how the fundamental elements of the organization like vision, mission, individuals, and processes play a key role in this readiness. Innovation starts with people enabled by tools and technology, so does “Digital Innovation”. It’s not mere technology that’s going to drive the innovation rather a lot more than that. Reconfiguring your organization to an employee-focused approach such as upskilling, training, and development, trust and transparency in objective, security and motivation goes a long way to drive and embrace the new challenge. Setting up enterprise level consistent platforms to bring on the transformation is crucial. It could be the cloud strategy or developing an approach for data literacy and data culture.

The audience would also benefit in exploring that proper planning aligned to the vision and mission of the organization is indispensable. Last but not least, from the session, the audience would take away insights that would help them in re-configuring their organization while adopting digital innovation.

X Topic Abstract

Intelligent automation - where software bots transition from automating specific processes to functioning as fully cognitive business assistants. Deploying AI based technologies in Talent acquisition in a holistic manner that views the technologies as ‘digital workers’ that simply have different skill sets, much like humans, When viewed as a ‘digital workforce,’ organizational functional units such as Talent Acquisition Groups begin to treat the technology as another persona in the workspace that empowers them to do more in less time, which should translate into more capacity for the organization and ROI. Maprecruit with its deep learning in HR tech is helping its clients thru automation in bias free screening, match ranking Jobs with Candidates using its contextual intelligence algorithms using AI, chatbots with empathy deploying RPA, audio interviews that derive emotional intelligence using ML to assist humans.
