Pui Kaycurrently holds the position of Automation and CloudPractice Lead (APJ)in Micro Focus. He has extensive experience in the areas of data center automation, process orchestration, cloud management, batch management across hybrid environments. He has experience in presales, implementation and post-sales support.

According to a recent study, as of 2018, only 4% of organizations that have implemented RPA have done so at substantial scale (i.e. 50 or more automated tasks).
