Ways to convince Your Boss Ways to Save

Briefly Know About This Event

RPA is really as simple - and powerful - as it sounds. Robotic Process Automation enables you with tools to create your own software robots to automate any business process. They log into many applications and more. RPA is also non-intrusive in nature, helping cut through the complexity of legacy systems, which are difficult and costly to replace.

Our Conference will be one of the largest gatherings of its kind of developers and IT professionals in and will bring together some of the top minds in RPA development and coding, enabling the developer community to discuss the technology behind RPA, overcoming future challenges and self-learning.

Experts international leaders and leaders of International repute from some of leading companies will be attending as delegates and speakers, so join us for an amazing experience and RPA Solutions.

X Topic Abstract

Having spent around 8 years on helping many companies around the globe setup CoEs and adapt the RPA technology, I have seen organizations rise up fast but also fall down pretty fast because they try to run before the learn walking. RPA is a different beast and is not your typical devops or SDLC kind of IT implementation and management. It adopts Rapid Application Development Methodologies to a certain extent but for the most part is very agile in nature. CoEs that harbor internal hiring and training of resources to kick start operations prosper longer durations of times and strengthens over time compared to CoEs that adopts federated model of implementation.

RPA has evolved to be more than just simple desktop based automation tool with a few clicks and configurations. RPA industry is slowly moving towards becoming a More hybrid Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) which leans on adopting AI concepts and methods to complement RPA to yield better results in terms of ROI realization and efficiency gains for organizations.

X Speaker Profile

Currently leading IBM Automation's Advisory Services Offering globally, I am known for my expertise in pioneering new business models at the confluence of Artificial Intelligence, Agile and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). I collaborate with clients to continuously embrace disruptive technologies with a human-centric, change-driven approach to establishing their automation strategy, roadmap, technology and Center of Excellence

X Topic Abstract

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is known to be highly effective in automating rule-based processes that make use of structured content, but there is also a significant opportunity for processes that rely on unstructured content (e.g., free text, images). Employing RPA in conjunction with "content intelligence" capabilities makes it possible to extract meaningful information from unstructured content and guide more complex automation decisions. This talk will cover applications that benefit from adding content intelligence to RPA, as well as various techniques for incorporating content intelligence (e.g., advanced OCR/ICR, text analytics)

X Topic Abstract

Does RPA replace traditional automation entirely? Where do I apply RPA in Quality Assurance to ensure maximum returns? I have a fully functional automation framework – how do I ensure my RPA works with it? There are several questions that arise out of Robotic Process Automation implementation for Quality Assurance. The tech talk will focus on some of the most common pitfalls faced in Robotic Process Automation implementation. We will see a few practical case studies and examples

Speaker Profile

Sundaresasubramanian Gomathi Vallabhan has 18+ years of Track Record in Delivery Management, Program Management and currently Customer relationship roles in Delivering high quality outcomes in Quality Engineering. Sundar is a Machine Learning, RPA and IOT enthusiast who likes taking new topics to his clients and help them in their NextGen Transformation. Sundar has presented + published several papers in National and International conferences and journals.

X Topic Abstract

The hype around RPA is beginning to get justified. 92% of Technology leaders believe that automation technologies are key to addressing the emerging requirements of the digital business. But hype can only get you so far. Most organizations are now aware of the need for intelligent automation for cost reduction and for competitive advantage. We are revolutionizing RPA by introducing breakthrough cognitive technology to reduce RPA bandwidth and add human intelligence capabilities into automation processes.

X Topic Abstract

For RPA to succeed, we should set the stage strategically by building the right teams and processes for RPA, understanding what makes RPA unique as a technology, and identifying the right business problems to solve with RPA.

Within a single company, separate governance hierarchies, business justifications, and cultures may already exist for various tech approaches like BPM, RPA, AI/Data Science, APIs, Applications and Apps, and Services. Some of these areas might be emerging rather than preexisting. In this context, multiple CoEs and methodologies can become a hindrance as much as a help. There are many possible tech solutions for each business problem -- maybe too many. For RPA to succeed, we should set the stage strategically by building the right teams and processes for RPA, understanding what makes RPA unique as a technology, and identifying the right business problems to solve with RPA. Because of RPA's inherently diagnostic role and the way it provides rapid "meta-process" feedback, RPA successes -- and even some RPA failures -- can potentially catalyze progress across all technology areas.

Speaker Profile

Atlanta-based Senior Integration Engineer and UiPath certified developer transforming RPA projects into scalable business solutions. I analyze design and data patterns to transform scaling from a longer coding effort to a shorter rollout cycle centered around configuration. I've developed a "Zero Xaml" approach, replacing "custom" with "common," decoupling dynamic data specifics like selectors and activity properties from more static workflows and activities.

X Topic Abstract

Its all around us. There is lots of hype. Whats real, whats not? How do you begin this AI journey and where is it going to go?

X Topic Abstract

This session will discuss how the RPA programs within Manulife/John Hancock have evolved over the last 4 years, from the initial attempts of disparate teams at building automations using various RPA tools, to the current approach with regional Center of Excellence (CoE) teams and a global CoE program to oversee the tools, vendor relationships, and development standards. This discussion will close with the integration of advanced tools to augment the RPA steps to enable Straight-Thru Processing (STP).

X Topic Abstract

This session will explore the realities faced in Robot Process Automation (RPA) from an experience-based perspective. The underlying dynamics of people driven issues and business processes are often overlooked due to bias and focus on the 'glamor' of the technology. While RPA is a valid discipline, the lessons from the successes and failures in past technology-driven automation strategies need to be understood and incorporated in successful RPA. "What's old is new again
